According to the announcement, 100,220,667 unlisted shares, representing approximately 59.7983% of the company’s total issued shares as of November 26, 2025, will be converted into H shares. The company plans to apply to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the listing of and permission to deal in these converted H shares.
