Tianneng Power International Limited (the “Company”) issued its monthly return for the period ended 30 November 2025. The authorized share capital remained at 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1 each, totaling HKD 200,000,000.

The number of issued ordinary shares stood at 1,126,124,500 at the close of the month, showing no change from the previous month. No movements in treasury shares were recorded.

Regarding share options, none were exercised under the existing share option scheme. The total number of shares available under the scheme reached 112,654,650, with no new shares issued during November. No funds were raised from the exercise of options.
