On 30 April 2026, Pak Fah Yeow International Limited disclosed that its 2025 Annual Report, together with the Circular and Proxy Form for the upcoming general meeting, are now available (collectively “Current Corporate Communications”).

The documents can be accessed in both English and Chinese via the company’s website (www.pakfahyeow.com) under “Investor Relations – Financial and ESG Reports” and on the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy materials.

Shareholders who chose—or are deemed to have consented—to electronic delivery may request complimentary printed versions by submitting a written request or completing Part A of the enclosed Change Request Form to the company’s branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, Hong Kong, or by email to pakfahyeow-239@vistra.com.

Pak Fah Yeow’s 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report is issued exclusively in electronic format on the same websites. Shareholders may request a printed copy from the registrar if required.

The company reminds shareholders that they can alter their preferred method (website, email or hard copy) and language of future corporate communications at any time without charge by completing Part B of the Change Request Form and returning it to Tricor. Maintaining an up-to-date, functional email address is encouraged; otherwise, notifications and actionable communications will be sent only in printed form.
