CMSC (HKEX: 06099) has announced personnel changes to several of its board committees.

In accordance with the working rules for its Board Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, Audit Committee, Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, and Nomination Committee, the company has made new appointments.

Mr. Tao Wu has been appointed as a member of the Board Audit Committee and the Board Remuneration and Appraisal Committee.

Mr. Hong Gao has been appointed as a member of the Board Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee and the Board Nomination Committee.

Additionally, Mr. Yingzhi Ye has been appointed as a member of the Board Audit Committee.
