Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited (6839) has released details regarding the proposed re-election of certain directors. A circular containing additional details, along with the formal notice of the EGM, is expected to be dispatched to shareholders in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Listing Rules and the company’s Articles of Association.
