Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (01052) announced that, following an open tender and bidding process conducted through the Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center, on December 31, 2025, Guangzhou North Second Ring Company (an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) issued a Letter of Acceptance to Poly Changda Engineering (the successful bidder). According to the letter, Guangzhou North Second Ring Company and Poly Changda Engineering are required to enter into the proposed civil works agreement within 30 days from the date the Letter of Acceptance was issued. Under the proposed civil works agreement, Poly Changda Engineering will provide certain civil works services to Guangzhou North Second Ring Company for the Huocun Interchange civil engineering project, with a contracted value of approximately RMB 723 million. The acceptance of Poly Changda Engineering's bid by Guangzhou North Second Ring Company was based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors including the tender submissions, the bidder's construction organization design, technical capability, bid price, quality, safety, environmental and water conservation measures, track record, and performance. As the contractor, Poly Changda Engineering will undertake the construction of the Huocun Interchange civil works. This includes a section of the Guangzhou North Second Ring Expressway starting at K2986+806 and ending at K2987+715, with a total length of 0.909 kilometers. The main structures will include, but are not limited to, the renovation of the mainline existing road (total length 909 meters), the construction of a new separated mainline bridge (total length 150 meters), 12 new or upgraded ramp bridges for the Huocun Interchange (total length 6,240.905 meters), one management center, one service area, one maintenance area, and the construction of toll stations.
