Mr. Liu stepped down as: • Non-executive director • Vice-chairman and member of the Audit Committee • Member of the Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development Committee • Member of the Risk Management and Consumers’ Interests Protection Committee • Member of the Risk Management Committee of Institutions in the United States Regions

His departure is effective immediately. Mr. Liu’s original board term was scheduled to end on 29 November 2027.
