Century Legend (Holdings) Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of meeting and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.clh.com.hk) and on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies can submit the request form enclosed with the notification letter to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Postage is not required for local mail. Alternatively, a scanned copy of the completed form can be emailed to info@clh.com.hk.

Shareholders holding the company’s shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries may receive future corporate communications electronically by providing a functional email address to their respective intermediaries. Until an email address is supplied, the company will send only a printed notice of publication.
