Over the past five years, Shunyi District has accumulated 4,676 "Two Zones" projects in its database, ranking first citywide in terms of quantity.

In the aviation services sector, Shunyi District has achieved a national first by utilizing comprehensive bonded zones to conduct pilot programs for VAT refund exemptions on international aircraft engine repairs and other key aviation materials. The district also launched the first fifth freedom rights air route in Beijing Free Trade Zone. The Beijing aircraft engine maintenance project is progressing smoothly and is scheduled to begin operations in 2026.

In the medical and health sector, Shunyi District successfully implemented the nation's first commercial-scale batch medical product import business. The district continues to deepen its cross-border e-commerce medical product sales pilot policy. In the first half of this year, pilot enterprises completed 370,000 transactions, achieving medical product sales revenue of 32.58 million yuan.
