DEEP SOURCE (00990) announced that after considering factors including future audit service requirements, the tenure of CW CPA Limited (CW CPA) as auditor since December 17, 2015, and CW CPA's proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, the company has decided to change its auditor.

Following the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint RSM Hong Kong as the new auditor, effective November 12, 2025. This appointment fills the interim vacancy left by CW CPA's resignation and will remain in effect until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
