Huaneng Power International Inc. (00902) has announced a change to its company secretariat.

Ms. Jiang Xiao has resigned from her position as a joint company secretary due to other work commitments. Her resignation takes effect from the date a successor joint company secretary is appointed, which is the date of this announcement.

The company has appointed Ms. Deng Meishan as a joint company secretary, with her appointment effective from July 17, 2026.

Following the appointment of Ms. Deng, Mr. Wen Minggang will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary for the company.
