The 2026 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 19 August 2026 at 2:30 p.m. and will be held in Crystal Ballroom A & B, Level B3, Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong, 50 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed materials will find hard-copy versions enclosed with the notification. All shareholders are encouraged to support electronic dissemination by providing a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by submitting the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

If no functional email address is on record, the company will continue to dispatch printed notifications and Actionable Corporate Communications until an email address is supplied. Shareholders may at any time request printed copies free of charge by notifying the share registrar; such requests are valid for one year unless renewed.
