Eminence Enterprise Limited (Stock Code: 616) has announced the appointment of Executive Director, Ms. Lui Yuk Chu, as a member of its Nomination Committee with effect from January 30, 2026. Consequently, the Nomination Committee now comprises five members: Mr. Wu Koon Yin Welly (Chairman), Mr. Lai Law Kau, Ms. Lui Yuk Chu, Mr. Kan Ka Hon, and Mr. Lau Sin Ming.

According to the Board, the appointment is expected to enhance the overall effectiveness and diversity of the Board and strengthen the company’s corporate governance practices. The Board also extends a formal welcome to Ms. Lui in her new position.
