Green Power Group Limited (formerly Acme International Holdings Limited) has completed a comprehensive corporate rebranding following shareholder approval on 22 June 2026.

The Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name on 23 June 2026, confirming the change of the English name to “Green Power Group Limited” and the Chinese name to “綠色電能集團有限公司.” Hong Kong’s Companies Registry registered the new names on 14 July 2026 under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance.

Effective 9:00 a.m. on 18 August 2026, the company’s shares will trade on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the new stock short names “GREEN POWER GP” (English) and “綠色電能集團” (Chinese). The stock code 1870 remains unchanged.

Concurrently, the corporate website will migrate from “www.acmehld.com” to “greenpowergroup.com.hk” on 18 August 2026. A new company logo reflecting the revised branding will come into use on 13 August 2026.

Existing share certificates bearing the former names will continue to serve as valid proof of ownership and will remain acceptable for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery. New share certificates issued after the effective date will display the updated English and Chinese names along with the new logo.

According to Chairman and Executive Director Kwan Kam Tim, the rebranding does not alter shareholder rights or affect daily trading operations.
