Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it repurchased 30,000 ordinary shares on Sep, 1 2026 at prices ranging from US$58.45 to US$58.73 apiece, with a weighted average cost of US$58.6364.

The company will cancel the repurchased shares, leaving 293,549,676 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote. Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.

Shareholders can use the updated share count when calculating disclosure thresholds under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
