CHINANEWENERGY (01156) has announced that Mr. Toshiya Goto and Mr. Hiroyuki Inohara will retire following the conclusion of the company's 2026 Annual General Meeting. Both gentlemen will not seek re-election as directors at the 2026 AGM. Upon the effective date of their retirement, Mr. Goto will cease to serve as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and as a member of both the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Inohara will step down from his role as a Non-Executive Director to dedicate more time to other business commitments.
