China Vanke Co., Ltd. issued a reminder on 15 April 2026 that it has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms.

Registered H-share holders who have not yet submitted a functional email address are urged to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the company’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd.

Until an email address is provided, any actionable corporate communications—documents that require shareholders’ instructions—will continue to be dispatched in printed form. Shareholders preferring hard copies for all corporate communications may opt in via the reply form or by emailing chinavanke.ecom@computershare.com.hk; such instructions remain valid for one year from the date of receipt.

Both English and Chinese versions of all corporate communications will be posted on the company’s website (www.vanke.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed mailings as the default distribution channel.
