According to CCTV International News, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu spoke at the general debate of the 81st United Nations General Assembly on the afternoon of September 24 local time, holding a "Starlink" terminal device and stating that he would hand it over to the Iranian delegation so that the Iranian people could "exercise their right to choose and access the truth."

However, to express their protest, most country representatives at the scene walked out. Iranian delegation members not only left their seats but also placed a photo of the late commander Soleimani of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' Quds Force on their seats.

After the meeting, Israel's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Danny Danon, actually held the "Starlink" terminal and walked toward the Iranian representative, saying to his face that this device "is appropriate to give to you," and even "prayed for regime change in Iran."

However, Danon's provocative remarks were likewise ignored by the Iranian delegation members.
