Grace Wine Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8146) announced that its current company secretary and authorized representative, Mr. Chiu Ming King, will resign from both roles with effect from March 3, 2026. According to the announcement, Mr. Chiu confirmed no disagreements with the board and no other matters that require attention from its shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Following Mr. Chiu’s departure, the board appointed Ms. Li Yee Ching, who meets the professional qualification requirements under Rule 5.14 of the GEM Listing Rules, to assume both roles on the same date. Ms. Li joined Vistra Corporate Services (HK) Limited in 2021 and currently serves as an Assistant Manager of Company Secretarial Services, bringing 10 years of company secretarial experience. The board expressed appreciation for Mr. Chiu’s past contributions and extended a welcome to Ms. Li.
