Public Financial Holdings Limited (“Public Financial”) has scheduled a board meeting for 30 June 2026 to deliberate on the declaration of both an interim dividend and a special dividend for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

The company stated that a follow-up announcement will be issued after the meeting to disclose the exact terms of the proposed dividends, contingent on board approval. Shareholders and potential investors are cautioned that the distributions have not yet been endorsed and therefore remain subject to change.
