CHINA HONGGUANG Updates Auditor Name to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited”

On 8 September 2026, CHINA HONGGUANG announced that its external auditor has formally adopted a new corporate identity. Effective 21 August 2026, “Prism Hong Kong Limited” now operates as “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” with the corresponding Chinese name updated to “思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司.”

The Board underlined that only the auditor’s name has changed; personnel, audit engagement terms, and independence standards remain unchanged. Consequently, existing audit arrangements for CHINA HONGGUANG are not affected.

The company’s Board currently comprises three Executive Directors—Wei Jiakun, Lin Weishan, and Li Wanna—and three Independent Non-Executive Directors—Mao Shue, Jia Xiaogang, and Wu Yong.
