Axera Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (00600) disclosed a change in its share capital after the market close on 11 March 2026. The company issued and allotted 1.18 million new H shares upon partial exercise of the over-allotment option announced on 8 March 2026.

Following the issuance, Axera’s total outstanding H shares rose 0.20 % from 587.76 million to 588.94 million. No treasury shares were involved, and no shares were repurchased or cancelled during the period. The new shares were priced at HKD 28.20 each.

The board confirmed that the share issue complied with all applicable Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that full consideration for the new shares has been received.
