On 29 April 2026, Denox Environmental & Technology Holdings Limited (DENOX ENV) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (collectively referred to as the “Current Corporate Communication”) have been posted in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (http://www.china-denox.com) and the HKEX news portal (http://www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the online documents can obtain printed copies free of charge by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1452-ecom@vistra.com. Shareholders may select to receive future communications in English, Chinese, or both.

Holders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until such address is registered, only hard-copy notices of publication will be sent.
