SINO-OCEAN SERV (06677) saw its share price climb more than 13% during intraday trading, reaching HK$0.34 at the time of writing, a 13.33% increase, with a turnover of HK$239,500.

On August 7, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, and the Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center jointly issued a notice on further optimizing and adjusting the city's real estate policies. The notice introduces seven policy measures across three areas, including optimizing housing purchase restrictions, improving housing gift policies, and increasing housing provident fund support, marking the official implementation of Beijing's major housing market reforms.

CRIC Research, a real estate think tank, believes that unlike previous broad-based stimulus approaches, this plan follows a path of stock optimization and targeted relief. It not only implements top-level policy guidance but also marks the beginning of differentiated adjustments in first-tier city regulations.

Kaiyuan Securities noted that Beijing's latest move to shorten the social insurance contribution period for non-local homebuyers and raise housing provident fund loan limits carries a clear signal, with Shanghai and Shenzhen likely to follow with loosening policies. If the intensity and implementation pace of these policies are further strengthened, the process of stabilizing and recovering the real estate market could accelerate. The brokerage suggests focusing on high-quality property management targets that excel in "good homes, good services" under the current policy framework.
