CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (Group) Company Limited (00317) announced the recent election of a new employee representative director. According to the announcement, a company employee meeting selected Mr. Nie Lijun for this position in the eleventh session of the Board. His term will begin on 13 November 2025 and continue until the conclusion of the current board session.

Mr. Nie, 55, is a research-level senior engineer with a background in vessel internal combustion engine and economic management. His previous roles include positions at Guangzhou Huangpu Shipyard and Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Party committee and the chairman of the labor union of CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Company Limited.

The company stated that Mr. Nie holds no other directorships in listed companies and does not have any shareholding interests in CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (Group) Company Limited. His remuneration will follow the Remuneration Plan for the Eleventh Session of Directors, Supervisors, and Senior Management of the company.
