Shanxi Changcheng Microlight Equipment Co. Ltd. (CCOE) issued a clarification stating that the proxy form released at 18:13 on 15 May 2026 is the only valid version for the annual general meeting scheduled on 30 June 2026. Any earlier versions disseminated on the same date are no longer applicable.

The company emphasized that, aside from this confirmation, all remaining details in the form of proxy remain unchanged and fully effective.

As of the announcement date (27 May 2026), CCOE’s board comprises eight directors: three executive directors (Mr. Song Zhenglai, Mr. Jiao Baoguo, Ms. Wang Lingling), two non-executive directors (Mr. Wu Bo, Mr. Yuan Guoliang), and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Xu Yongfeng, Mr. Wang Weizhong, Mr. Rong Fei).

The clarification was published in compliance with the GEM Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The announcement will remain available on the HKEX website for at least seven days and is also accessible on the company’s website (www.sxccoe.com).
