Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it bought back 0.12 million ordinary shares on 14 July 2026. The on-market transaction was executed within a price band of HKD 4.04 to HKD 4.06 per share, for an aggregate consideration of approximately HKD 0.49 million.

Including earlier buybacks conducted between 6 July and 13 July 2026—totalling 0.77 million shares—the company has repurchased 3.88 million shares since its current mandate was approved on 27 May 2026. This represents 0.20% of the 1.96 billion shares outstanding as of the mandate date. All shares purchased are designated for cancellation and therefore will not be held as treasury stock.

Despite the ongoing programme, the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.96 billion shares as of 14 July 2026, with no treasury shares on the balance sheet. The authorised buyback limit under the mandate stands at 196.50 million shares, leaving about 192.61 million shares (98.03% of the original authority) still available for future repurchases.

In line with Main Board Rule 10.06, Sun Hung Kai & Co. is subject to a 30-day moratorium—ending 13 August 2026—on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares following the latest repurchase. All transactions were confirmed as compliant with Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
