Authorised / registered capital • Total authorised/registered capital remained RMB 321.60 billion, comprising: – 240.42 billion H-share ordinary shares with par value RMB 1 each (listed in Hong Kong). – 21.18 billion A-share ordinary shares with par value RMB 1 each (not listed in Hong Kong). – 600 million domestic preference shares with face value RMB 100 each, equal to RMB 60.00 billion.

Issued shares and treasury shares • Issued H-shares: 240.42 billion; treasury balance: zero. • Issued A-shares: 21.18 billion; treasury balance: zero. • Issued domestic preference shares: 600 million; treasury balance: zero. • No issuance, cancellation, conversion, or repurchase activities were recorded in July.

Public float compliance • CCB confirmed that its H-share public float comfortably met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 5% requirement as of 31 July 2026.

Convertible instruments • The bank’s RMB 60.00 billion non-cumulative domestic preference shares remain outstanding and are compulsorily convertible upon specified trigger events at a conversion price of RMB 5.19 per A-share. Full conversion would add up to approximately 11.56 billion new A-shares; no conversions were executed during the month.

Other equity instruments • CCB reported no outstanding share options, warrants, other convertible securities, or equity-linked agreements, and no other movements in issued or treasury shares.
