PLife REIT’s 2025 Valuations Lift Portfolio to 2.57 billion Singapore dollars

Parkway Trust Management Limited, the manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (PLife REIT), announced that independent valuations for all properties in its portfolio have been completed as at Dec, 31 2025.

The updated appraisal places the total portfolio value at approximately 2.57 billion Singapore dollars, comprising 1.74 billion Singapore dollars for the Singapore portfolio, 650.0 million Singapore dollars for the Japan portfolio and 177.8 million Singapore dollars for the France portfolio.

PLife REIT recorded a net gain of 42.0 million Singapore dollars in the Statement of Total Return for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025, after factoring in a portfolio valuation gain of 64.7 million Singapore dollars and straight-line rental and right-of-use adjustments amounting to 22.7 million Singapore dollars.

Valuation reports are available for inspection at the manager’s registered office for three months from Feb, 02 2026.
