LX Technology Announces Resignation of Co-Company Secretary

LX Technology (02436) has announced that Ms. Zhang Jialun has resigned from her position as the company's Co-Company Secretary, effective April 30, 2026. The Board of Directors further announced that following Ms. Zhang's resignation, she will also cease to serve as the company's Authorized Representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents and notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Mr. Liu Yan has been appointed as the Authorized Representative to assume the duties previously held by Ms. Zhang, effective from April 30, 2026.
