EASY SMART GP (02442) announced its interim results for the six months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue was approximately HK$139 million, a decrease of 24.24% compared to the same period last year. The company reported a net loss of HK$5.09 million, a shift from profit to loss year-on-year. The loss per share was HK1.25 cents.

The company stated that the decline in revenue was primarily due to the completion or near-completion of several large-scale public sector projects. These included a public infrastructure and facilities project involving the Hong Kong airport passenger terminal and another public infrastructure project related to the Kai Tak Sports Park. This led to a reduction in revenue generated from public sector projects during the period.
