CH FRONTIER TEC (01661) announced on December 24, 2025, that the company intends to sell the entire issued share capital of Torch Media Co., Ltd. to Crestwell International Limited for HK$8 million. Additionally, under the sale and purchase agreement, certain prepayments currently held by the target group will be transferred to the company's subsidiary, Shen Qianke. The target company primarily engages in media content production and distribution.

The disposal is part of the group's ongoing business optimization initiatives. Following a periodic review of its business portfolio, the board concluded that the target company's strategic development prospects within the group are limited, given its consecutive two-year net loss position and the sustained financial resources required to maintain operations.

Consequently, the disposal allows the group to optimize asset allocation and focus on areas and businesses with greater growth potential. The transaction also enhances the group's overall financial flexibility by divesting the loss-making segment and reallocating internal resources to support the development of event hosting and functional materials trading segments.
