English and Chinese versions of the Annual Report, AGM documents and Proxy Form are now accessible on both the company’s website (https://www.ytoglobal.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). The ESG Report 2025 is available exclusively online through the same channels under the “ESG Reports” section.

The company encourages shareholders to use the website versions. Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulties with electronic access may request free printed copies by completing and returning the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 6123-ecom@vistra.com. Printed versions can be requested in English, Chinese, or both languages.

Shareholders who wish to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is supplied, notifications of publication will be sent only in printed form.
