Zylox-Tonbridge (ZYLOXTB) Lifts Treasury Position to 2.62% After April Share Buy-back

Hong Kong-listed Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, detailing the following equity movements:

• Capital structure unchanged The authorised share capital stayed at 344.13 million shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, split into 336.35 million H shares and 7.78 million domestic shares.

• Outstanding H shares trimmed by 1.25 million During April the company repurchased 1.25 million H shares, cutting the outstanding H-share count to 327.56 million. Total issued shares (including treasury) remain at 336.35 million.

• Treasury stock rises to 8.80 million shares The buy-backs lifted treasury shares from 7.55 million to 8.80 million, equivalent to 2.62 % of the total issued share capital, up from 2.24 % a month earlier.

• Share award headroom intact No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred under the Share Award Scheme in April. The scheme still has authority over 0.86 million shares.

• Public float compliant Management confirmed that the H-share public float continues to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 % requirement.

The filing was authorised by Director Jonathon Zhong Zhao and lodged with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 5 May 2026.
