Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited (01929) has updated the composition of two key board committees, effective 22 July 2026.

The Audit Committee will now be chaired by independent non-executive director Mr. Tang Ying-Cheung, Eric. His re-designation follows the passing of former chairman Mr. Kwong Che-Keung, Gordon, announced on 7 July 2026.

Independent non-executive director Ms. Wong Ching-Ying, Belinda has been appointed to the Remuneration Committee, expanding her oversight responsibilities within the board structure.

Post-changes, the board comprises seven executive directors—including Chairman Dr. Cheng Kar-Shun, Henry—and seven independent non-executive directors, maintaining an equal split between executive and independent oversight.
