KE Holdings Inc. has officially announced that its Hassle-Free Rental service has exceeded 100,000 managed residential units in Shanghai, making it the first brand in the city's decentralized institutional housing management sector to reach this scale.

Recently, the company issued an internal document detailing an organizational restructuring. Group Senior Vice President Wang Yongqun will continue to serve as CEO of the Hui Ju Business Line. At the same time, Wang stepped down from his role as General Manager of Lianjia Shanghai, with Huang Yueping, former Regional General Manager of KE Holdings in Suzhou, taking over the position.

It was learned that KE Holdings Chairman Peng Yongdong, along with Wang Yongqun and Huang Yueping, attended a management meeting in Shanghai yesterday. During the meeting, Peng acknowledged that Wang had successfully turned around the performance of Lianjia Shanghai, achieving leapfrog development. Peng emphasized that the company's current strategic transformation requires Wang to lead the Hui Ju business line in achieving a strategic breakthrough, noting that the arrangement had been decided early in the year.

According to KE Holdings' annual report, the company's nationwide rental business has surpassed 700,000 managed units in 2025. Annual net rental revenue reached 21.9 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 52.8%, marking the first full-year profit for the segment.
