OURGAME (06899) announced its 2023 annual results, reporting revenue of HK$88.996 million, down 12.4% year-on-year. The loss attributable to equity holders for the year was HK$62.765 million, an increase of 76.5% compared to the previous year. Basic loss per share was 5.9 cents.

According to the announcement, the increase in loss was mainly due to financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss from historical investment projects and impairment losses under the expected credit loss model, after deducting reversals and costs incurred from recovering historical receivables.
