KAFELAKU COFFEE (01869) announced that Ms. Liang Keyi has resigned from the following positions, effective August 22, 2025: Company Secretary of the Company; Authorized Representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules" and "Stock Exchange Authorized Representative" respectively); and Authorized Representative of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) for the service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong (Part 16 Authorized Representative). The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Zhu Yongtian has been nominated by Vistra Corporate Services (HK) Limited and appointed as Company Secretary, Stock Exchange Authorized Representative and Part 16 Authorized Representative of the Company, effective August 22, 2025.
