According to a recent announcement, CNOOC Limited (stock codes: 00883 and 80883) has rescheduled its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) from December 10, 2025 (Wednesday) to December 16, 2025 (Tuesday), starting at 10 a.m. The venue for the EGM remains the Island Shangri-La Hotel Hong Kong in Central.

In line with this adjustment, the book closure period for the Company’s Hong Kong Shares now extends from December 5, 2025 (Friday) to December 16, 2025 (Tuesday), with no transfers of shares permitted during this interval. Forms of proxy already submitted will continue to be valid for the new EGM date, and all resolutions and information otherwise remain the same.
