Mr. Zhao Peng's resignation will take effect on December 26, 2025.

On December 26, 2025, the board meeting reviewed and passed the "Proposal on Nominating Mr. Zhang Zhen as a Candidate for Non-Executive Director of the Bank's Ninth Board of Directors."

The matter of Mr. Zhang Zhen serving as a non-executive director of the bank will be submitted to the bank's shareholders' meeting for election. Following approval by the shareholders' meeting, Mr. Zhang Zhen's director qualification is still subject to approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration, with his official appointment commencing from the date his director qualification is approved.

Mr. Zhang Zhen's term of office will be the same as that of the ninth board of directors.
