New Concepts Holdings Limited (2221.HK) announced that, as additional time is required to satisfy the conditions precedent of the Subscription Agreements, it has agreed with each subscriber to extend the Long Stop Date from 30 January 2026 to 6 February 2026 (or to a later date subject to written agreement). According to earlier announcements dated 23 December 2025 and 16 January 2026, all other terms under these agreements remain in full force and effect. The company states that the extension does not affect any other details previously disclosed.
