China Everbright Bank Company Limited reported that as of February 28, 2026, the total authorized share capital remained at 59.09 billion renminbi, with 12.68 billion H shares in Hong Kong and 46.41 billion A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. There were no changes in either H shares or A shares during the month.

The bank noted that certain preference shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code 360034) were fully redeemed, reducing this series from 350.00 million shares to zero. Other preference share series remained unchanged. The bank also reported developments in its compulsory convertible preference shares, including one series worth 30.00 billion renminbi that remains outstanding and another series of 35.00 billion renminbi that was redeemed in full, leaving no balance in that series.
