EverChina Int’l Holdings Company Limited (“EverChina”) released an update regarding its proposed acquisition of a property, which constitutes a major and connected transaction under the Listing Rules. Referencing earlier announcements dated 26 March 2025 and subsequent dates, EverChina noted that finalization of certain information is still in progress.

The circular, initially scheduled for dispatch on or before 31 October 2025, will now be postponed to a date on or before 1 December 2025. This circular includes details of the acquisition, advice from the Independent Board Committee to Independent Shareholders, recommendations from the Independent Financial Adviser, and a notice of the general meeting.
