During Wednesday’s overnight U.S. trading, SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC surged 19%. It guided Q4 gross margin to 15%–17% and booked over $60 billion in orders.

Rocket Lab USA, Inc. gained 7.2% on a $266 million U.S. Air Force suborbital launch contract and Iridium acquisition momentum.

Oklo Inc. jumped 6% on selection for a $200 million AI data‑center nuclear program and progress toward Texas reactor startup.

Dell Technologies (DELL) rose 4.36% as hardware rallied after SMCI’s update; JPMorgan lifted its target to $550 and a Scale AI pact supported.

Philip Morris climbed 2.66% ahead of Q2 results and after FDA modified‑risk authorization for 20 ZYN products.

Amcor plc fell 2% after Jefferies downgraded to Hold from Buy and cut its target to A$64.17 on structural volume headwinds.

Chip stocks was mixed, with Navitas Semiconductor Corp rising 3.70%, Marvell Technology rising 2.69%, Intel rising 1.83%, KLA-Tencor falling 1.17%.

Memory chip stocks rose, with Western Digital rising 2.54%, Micron Technology rising 2.29%, Seagate Technology PLC rising 1.74%.

Optical communication stocks rose, with Applied Optoelectronics rising 3.56%, AXT Inc rising 2.69%.

Space stocks rose, with Redwire Corp. rising 3.29%, AST SpaceMobile, Inc. rising 2.62%.

Among other movers, CoreWeave, Inc. rising 3.07%.

Among other individual movers, IONQ Inc. rose 3.41%, T1 ENERGY INC climbed 2.30%, Ondas Holdings Inc. (ONDS) advanced 2.22%, Bloom Energy Corp (BE) gained 2.05%, SpaceX ticked up 1.29%.
