The agreement involves the subsidiary acquiring ownership of specified assets from the lessee for a consideration of RMB 35 million. These assets, which include certain designated heating equipment and facilities located in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, China, will be leased back to the lessee for their use and occupancy over a period of five years.
