Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) announced that it received a substantial shareholder notice on Jul, 13 2026 indicating that Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) has reduced its stake in the company.

KWAP’s fund manager disposed of 2,762,300 ordinary shares in the open market on Jul, 10 2026.

Post-transaction, KWAP holds 442,703,250 shares directly, representing 5.521% of Top Glove’s issued share capital, and 91,222,600 shares indirectly, equal to 1.138%. This brings its total interest to 533,925,850 shares.
