The Shanghai Stock Exchange's official website indicates that three companies—Wuqiwei, Luwen Instruments, and Zhuoluan Laser—have had their STAR Market IPO review status updated to "Inquiry."
According to their prospectuses, Wuqiwei is a chip design enterprise that was among the early adopters in China to fully utilize the RISC-V architecture and achieve commercial implementation and mass production. Since its establishment, the company has focused on the research, development, and sales of communication SoC chips and software solutions, while also providing SoC chip customization services for clients. It is dedicated to the deep integration of short-range communication and edge-side intelligence, having built three core capabilities: high-bandwidth, low-latency communication technology; edge-side multimodal AI algorithms; and ultra-low-power mixed-signal chip design. Based on these capabilities, it has established a comprehensive self-developed R&D platform, forming a dual-drive business direction of "connectivity hub + edge-side entry point." To date, the company's products are primarily applied in the fields of network communication and edge-side intelligence.
Luwen Instruments is committed to providing advanced equipment and process solutions for the integrated circuit manufacturing industry. Since its founding, it has specialized in the research, development, production, and sales of semiconductor front-end equipment. Adhering to a strategy of differentiated development from domestic peers, the company focuses on proprietary in-house technologies. It has formed a diverse product matrix, with ion beam equipment and inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etching equipment at its core, supplemented by chemical vapor deposition equipment and vapor-phase decomposition metal contamination collection equipment. The company's corresponding products are widely used in advanced process logic and memory wafer fabs, as well as in specialized process power wafer fabs and optical display factories.
Zhuoluan Laser is primarily engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of high-end pulsed lasers, represented by ultrafast lasers and high-energy lasers. The company is a rare comprehensive laser manufacturer in the industry that operates on a dual-drive model of "ultrafast + high-energy." It is also one of the early enterprises in China to undertake core technology breakthroughs and industrialization of ultrafast lasers. In the domestic ultrafast and high-energy laser markets, its market share ranks among the top domestic independent brands. The company focuses on multiple application fields centered on semiconductors, national defense, military, and scientific research, and is actively expanding into future key industrial areas represented by controlled nuclear fusion.
