17LIVE Group Limited announced that Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Jiang Honghui will transition to a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director role, effective Oct, 01 2026.

The Board said Jiang will return to a full-time position at Vertex Growth after the change and thanked him for steering the Group’s core business and forward strategy over the past two years.

To maintain operational continuity while seeking a new full-time Chief Executive Officer, the Board will establish a working committee to guide senior management during the transition period.

The announcement was released on Aug, 12 2026 and signed by Non-Executive Non-Independent Chairman Phua Jiexian Joseph.
