Manycore Tech Inc. (listed in Hong Kong) released an update on 16 April 2026 detailing the composition of its Board of Directors and the membership of its three key Board committees.

The Board now comprises nine members: four Executive Directors (Huang Xiaohuang, Chen Hang, Zhu Hao and Shen Bei), two Non-executive Directors (Foo Ji-xun and Tan Zhiqian) and three Independent Non-executive Directors (Chen Lianqing, Ge Ke and Yeung Kwok On).

Committee roles were also confirmed: • Audit Committee – chaired by Independent Non-executive Director Yeung Kwok On, with Foo Ji-xun and Chen Lianqing serving as members. • Remuneration Committee – chaired by Independent Non-executive Director Chen Lianqing, with Ge Ke and Yeung Kwok On as members. • Nomination Committee – chaired by Executive Director Huang Xiaohuang, with Chen Lianqing and Ge Ke acting as members.
