According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 23, Executive Director and Board Chairman Wang Yusuo purchased an additional 300,000 shares of ENN ENERGY (HKEX: 02688).

The transaction was executed at a price of HK$43.0549 per share, resulting in a total investment of approximately HK$12.92 million.

Following this acquisition, Wang Yusuo's total shareholding has increased to around 392 million shares, representing approximately 34.59% of the company's issued share capital.
